General conditions of sale and payment

The present general conditions of salt relations between Koriandrum and the Customer receiving offer of goods and/or services. Each different agreement must be agreed in writing between the persons concerned, under penalty of nullity.

1. Orders

The Customer may request goods and/or services from Koriandrum through the website shop.koriandrum.com. When completing the orders, the Customer must clearly indicate the place where the products are to be delivered, the name of the person in charge of the collection and a telephone number. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CHOOSE THE DELIVERY TIME, IT WILL BE INDICATED BY KORIANDRUM BY EMAIL. The cancellation of the order can be made by Thursday at 12:00, after this date without the Customer modifying, rectifying or integrating anything, the contract will be considered concluded between the parties and the supply will be carried out under the conditions set out in the order confirmation. Therefore, order cancellations will not be accepted after the aforementioned terms, and the Customer will be charged for the full cost of the order.

2. Prices

The prices indicated in the order confirmation are relative to the price list in force at the date of the order confirmation by the customer.

3. Deliveries

Home delivery policy:
€ 20 minimum order, within 6 km from Mitte *
€ 30 minimum order, between 7 km and 10 km from Mitte *
€ 50 minimum order, between 11 km and 15 km from Mitte *
At each delivery we will charge €. 5.00, for orders over €. 60.00 delivery will be free.
(* Mitte = AlexanderPlatz, as a point to mark on the map for the exact distance of the Km.)
Deliveries are made to the main entrance of the building, deliveries are not made on the floor.
All packaging is non- returnable. Recyclable packaging costs € .1.00 per box, to be paid by the customer.
In case of non-delivery at the first attempt (for reasons not attributable to koriandrum), €5 will be charged for delivery at the second attempt.

4. Payments

Payment of the Quittung must be made according to the client’s choice at the time of the order, cash on delivery or by bank transfer.
In the event that you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment must be made no later than one day after delivery. In the event of late payment, a penalty (Manhung) of €. 2,20 will be applied.

5. Guarantees

The goods that are not fresh and / or deteriorated will be: replaced, refunded or issued a voucher of equal value to be used in subsequent orders; in case you send an email to info@koriandrum.com attaching photos of the product in question within 24h of delivery, then Koriandrum will be no more longer be responsible for the conservation of the products.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes or otherwise provided for in the contracts concluded between the parties are the exclusive responsibility of the Berlin Amtsgericht.
