Prepare your dish in just few minutes

PASTA:
– Cook 300 gr of dried Pasta or 450 gr of fresh made pasta in boiling water
with salt
– Boil Kirke sauce in a pan
– Mix boiling Kirke sauce and cooked pasta
– Whisk for three minutes on high fire
-Serve adding 2 spoons of EVO Olive Oil, parsley and hot chiki pepper as you like.

RISOTTO:
– Boil Kirke sauce in a pan
– – Put the pieces of seafood off the sauce and add EVO Olive Oil
– – Add 200 gr of raw rice to the liquid sauce and boil
– – Cook the rice adding hot water little by little till completely cooked and
creamy
– – Add the pieces of seafood and 2 spoons of oil and fresh herbs such as paisley ,
ground black pepper
Remember to stir rice duribg all the cooking time

POLENTA:
– Boil Kirke sauce in a pan
– Cook 400 gr of polenta until it gets creamy
– Lay it on a tray, possibly made of wood
– Pour the Kirke sauce over the Polenta and leave it for some minutes
– Then add 2 spoon of Olive Oil and fresh herbs such as paisley , groud bleck
pepper

BRUSCHETTA:
– Prepare 500 grams of oven backed bread and toast it in slices
– Boil Kirke sauce in a pan
– Pour the Kirke sauce over the bread and leave it for some minutes
– -Then add 2 spoon of Olive Oil and fresh herbs such as paisley , groud bleck
pepper.

COUS COUS:
— Boil Kirke sauce in a pan
– Put the pieces of seafood off the sauce and add EVO Olive Oil and saffaron if you
like
– Add 300 gr of raw cous cous to the liquid sauce and boil then leave for 2 miutes
covered with foil.
– Then add 2 spoon of Olive Oil and fresh herbs such as paisley , ground bleck
pepper

PIZZA:
– Mix Kirke sauce with 100 gr tomato sauce
– Sauce is enough for 2/3 pizzas
– Add the Kirke Sauce and a tomato puree to the raw dough
– Oven bake with EVO Olive Oil

CEREAL OR LEGUMES SOUP beans chickpeas lentils barley or
whatever
– Cook 400 gr cereals in boiling water
– Boil Kirke sauce in a pan
– Add sauce to cereals with 100 cc of cooking water
– Cook few more minutes
– Add EVO Olive Oil and rosmary and salt
-You can also add dried tomatoes, mushrooms, or any veggie your choice.
